Assessment
Project Consultation
A fast, decision-ready deep-dive that tells you if the project is feasible, what it could cost, what could slow it down, and the smartest way to procure it. We complete a face-to-face intake (site or virtual), produce a feasibility brief , provide a budget range, outline a permitting checklist for your municipality, and recommend a buying strategy. The outcome is simple: a clear go/no-go with eyes wide open, before you spend heavily on drawings.

Homeowners exploring a renovation, addition, or new build who want straight answers on feasibility, budget, approvals, and the smartest procurement path before spending on drawings.
What you get:
A 90-minute intake, a feasibility brief covering scope, constraints, and approvals path, a rough estimate on budget with allowances and a risk map, a recommended procurement strategy (fixed-price vs CM vs design-bid-build); preliminary drawings, and a city-specific permitting checklist.

Project Consultation + Design Facilitation
From concept to permit. With the Assessment package included, we coordinate the right players, shape early options with revisions, plan long-lead selections, and manage municipal pre-consultation if needed, keeping design honest to budget, schedule, and code. You get a permit submission roadmap and aligned consultants. all permit drawings are sealed by yours or our architect, or P.Eng.

What you get:
Cedar Row coordinates survey/structural/trade consultants, develops early concept options, plans long-lead selections (windows, appliances, cabinetry), runs municipal pre-consults if needed, and steers a clean, permit-ready submission.
The Value:
One point of contact, lower redesign risk, real time savings, and transparent owner advocacy.
Price: $1,800 + HST (architectural plan fees and permit fees not included).
Should you proceed to Level 3, the cost of this package will be credited to the cost of the project.

Full-Service Construction Management
Turnkey delivery with one accountable party from first visit to final sign-off. I run procurement and trade management, detailed budgets and baseline schedules, transparent change-order control, daily site supervision, quality assurance/control, documentation, and close-out/warranty. Including Tarion/HCRA compliance. Expect predictable execution, a single line of responsibility, and a clean handover with as-builts, owner manuals, and warranties.
